Good luck to him but we’ve moved on. If our young wide options next season are Bobb, Doku and Savinho along with the established senior players I don’t think we’ll have done too bad..

Penalty takers' stats are generally skewed. Yes; you've still got to score them, as we know all too well in recent seasons. But it's a free shot from 12 yards. 9 of his 20 goals have been penalties. The Difference is he is not playing teams who just defend deep with everyone behind the ball every week. With being coached by Pep and playing against such teams, he is now enjoying the freedom of the pitch. If he remained and played often he probably wouldnt have the stats he has the way teams play against us.
You could take any of our players and they would probably get better stats playing for another team that doesn’t face the packed penalty area every single week but our team is just that, a team built to play against packed defensive tactics.
