Doing OK mate and certainly sleeping more than I`ve done in decades but I`m eating a bit more than I was doing basically because I`d lost my smell and taste which have now returned.

Done on both mate,I was on the Kippax in the 60s.

On the food subject, am I right in thinking Colin owned his own restaraunt with Colin Waldron a Burnley player? if so its no wonder the food is an issue.
