A few things I note about the film.

a) Wesley Snipes is pretty much the best thing in the whole thing.

b) Loved the homage to the 80s soul artists and finally

c) The African inspired costumes are a wonder!

As for the film, itself? Meh.

We’ve just watched it and found in parts some funny moments. We enjoyed it thoroughly anyway.

I thought it wasn't the worst film ever, but not great and certainly not a patch on the original.

It was crap really. Best thing about it was a lot of the original cast members where there. Black don't crack, so everyone looks pretty youthful, even James Earl Jones
