Coming in & going out this summer

Another one wanting to sit on his mountain of cash? If his wages aren't an issue for the interested teams though, might not be a problem...

-

Scott Sinclair will seek a loan move from Manchester City next season - if manager Roberto Mancini remains in charge.

But the winger is ready to stay and battle for his place should Mancini be sacked by the deposed Premier League champions.

Sinclair more than quadrupled his £10,000-a-week salary by switching from Swansea to Eastlands for £6.2million last August.

But the 24-year-old has started just TWO Premier League games for boss Mancini, and is yet to score a goal for his new club.

He now has West Brom, Aston Villa and Everyon vying for his signature.

After penning a lucrative four-year deal last summer, Sinclair is reluctant to leave the Blues permanently.

But the Mirror understands he is open to a loan move to get him some regular first-team games if Mancini continues to just use him as a substitute.

I see you omitted the delightful headline - so for the sake of completeness

It's him or me: Scott Sinclair wants out of Manchester City if boss Mancini isn't fired
Winger hopes to go on loan next season after a year of kicking his heels on the bench - Everton, Aston Villa and West Brom are interested

"The Mirror understands" lol

I think we need 5-6 players this summer:

Centre Back-Realistic: Papadopoulos, Joel Matip, Sakho Unrealistic: Hummels

Deep lying playmaker- Realistic: Eriksen, Benat, Hernanes, Alex Song, Fernandinho. Unrealistic: Gundogan, Vidal, Busquets.

Winger-Realistic: Isco, Sanchez, Unrealistic: Reus, Bale, Neymar.

Striker-Realistic: Cavani, Falcao, Jovetic. Unrealistic: Ronaldo, Lewandowski (Bayern bound)

A young mobile Midfielder Realistic- Kondogbia Unrealistic: Pogba

My dream four would be: Hummels, Vidal, Reus, Falcao.

Most likely in my eyes: Unsure on the defender, Eriksen, Isco, Cavani.

My god how times have changed, i remember when i was over the moon with the signing of Vassell!

MCFC

i really hope we do not piss about this summer.

Really does my head in when other teams do their business so early.

Chelsea always seem to get who they want this year looks like Falco & Surrie.

Bayern strenthening already!

Utd will buy a key signing like Van Persie again hopefully not Lewandowski!

I know its Arsenal and may not happen but they are being linked with one of our supposed targets Jovetic.

Balls to FFP no one else seems bothered and i thought this new TV deal which was coming in was bringing billions to the premiership anyway!!

Eriksen ripped us to shreads when we played Ajax, not seen much of Isco and i have doubts over Cavani. 98 goals in 138 games is great but will he hack it in our league? Heard the other day we was linked with Marquinho from Roma, never seen or heard of him, hes a CB though.

Exactly, almost every post now includes the 3 letters I despise most "FFP". Let's all stop trying to be amateur accountants and get on with who we would like to sign most. As said I think we need 6/7 players of which 3/4 need to go straight into the starting 11. We need to be ruthless this summer and go all out to get who we need. This is probably our most vital transfer window since Sheikh Mansour bought the club.

Here's what i would like to see this summer, FFP needs to be taken into account for this summer as does the homegrown quota which every team needs to meet.

Players Out:

Lescott – £6m
Kolo Toure - Free
Dzeko - £20m
Kolarov - £12
Santa Cruz – Free
Bridge – Free
Total - £38m
Balotelli – £20m from January
Total £58m

Players In:

Cavani - £35m
Lamela - £20m
Luke Shaw - £10m
James Tomkins / Matthew Briggs / Nathanial Chalobah - £6m (all young English CB's)
William Gallas / Van Buyton / Ricardo Carvalho / Daniel Bonera / Walter Samuel – All available on free transfers
Total - £71m

Other possibilities:

Out:

Micah (hope he doesn't go as he gives us CB and RB cover)
Nasri (seems to have found some form recently)
£30m between them.

In:

Sam Byrom
Erickson
£30m between them

James Milner should not be anywhere near the middle of central midfield.
He will get sent off frequently, he is just not a good reader of he game like Barry and even Garcia and he isn't quick enough to make up for that deficiency. His passing is also not that great.
He is a decent right midfielder and sometimes attacking midfielder
Garcia will probably move to central defense
Leaving Rodwell (injury prone), Barry(older) and yaya. So 1 or 2 more midfielders are needed
Yaya could also be moved to attacking midfield permanently
If Barry, Garcia, Rodwell or Milner are competing for starting spots in this midfield next season, we'll get overrun again. None of them are good enough.

This is what Bayern's 3rd choice CM does against Real Madrid

I want anyone to honestly claim that those 4 can compete against that. Don't bother wasting money on world class forwards if we put Barry and Milner behind them.

Fair comment. None of our boys have that level of mobility. We desperately lack punch in that area. We don't want next season to be a re-run of this season in Europe.
I am glad someone as mentioned this, barry, garcia, rodwell and milner are definitely not good enough to be starting in a midfield that wants to get far in the champions league, barry should not be starting every week for us next season, he isnt as good as he used to be anymore, rodwell, too injury prone and garcia, god knows why we bought him! i would only say milner is the one who is good enough!
