1. PL Winner v FA Cup Winner or if the same club ...
2. League Cup Winner v FA Cup Winner or if the same club ...
3. PL Winner v League Cup Winner or if the same club ...
4. PL Winner v Championship Winner

I'd go for 5. PL Winner v a European Trophy Winner. Let's get it on with West Ham.

The 10* United won under Sore Alex regularly get discretly included in his end-of-career stats. Yet, the one Moyes win with the same club was ignored when the same people reported on West Ham winning that Intercontinental Cup (or whatever it's called).
