That was me and although others may not agree, I stand by it - the boycott is to make things better for everyone, again that's my firm opinion.
I get that I might not be making much of a stand boycotting this tin pot match, but I would gladly do the same instead of forking out 200 odd quid for an FA Cup semi final or final, a proper match that I would normally want to attend.
Yes sorry to quote you mate but just explaining the rationale for my point about my Super Cup/UEFA analogy.
Was not intending to call you out and although I disagree its not written with any malice.
I just think if a boycott is to be successful it has more weight if there is a sense of sacrifice by those boycotting, rather than a tin pot match.
