Just ordered my ticket in block SB2 for £20, and coach travel to the King Power Stadium for £15.
Really looking forward to this game as it will be my first Charity/Community Shield away from Maine Road since 1972. (Villa Park).
So having to wait 50 years for this game must guarantee a win for City!!

Between 90 and 100%. Selling about 200 a window and over 5k left, so unless there are loads of new ST holders there should be no probs.

Yeah I’ve got about 15 mates buying in tomorrows pot. Because they are limited to the games they can buy any chance they snap up. Think that goes for quite a few on the lower points tbf.

Not sure why some of our fans think we won't sell out. We have sold well more than half of our allocation in only the second day of sale, and with the ticket sale restrictions.
Seems some of our fan base might believe the laughable myth of us having no fans.

I don't think it will go to general sale. We will likely sell out before that point.

There are going to be lots of spares floating around so keep an eye out if you want one... although people may see you've only joined the forum a couple of weeks ago and presume you're a Liverpool fan looking for a ticket!

Mate i've been a city fan my whole life but have only just found about about the BMF . Been to tons of games but could never get a season ticket so i have to depend on tickets going on general sale

That's not "poor sales". So many blues are so paranoid about this these days. Loads will sell today and tomorrow as we go down the points bandings. If there are any left they might open it out to Citycard holders over the weekend but I'd be surprised if there are any left after that.

As a club I think we have a large number of seasoncard holders who just don't entertain the idea of travelling for away games, apart from maybe Wembley finals. Even when they qualify for tickets I think many are so used to watching us away on the TV they don't even think about going to games like these.

The novelty has worn off a few years back for these games and also take into account who we are playing.
