Those tickets are from the neutral allocation. Our official allocation has increased from just over 12,000 to 13,791. The news article has been updated to reflect this:

Due to the increased allocation, I see SC holders and Cityzens members can buy an extra 2 tickets from 3pm this afternoon
 
1874 left, only 250 from the original allocation so vast majority are the newly released Cat 1 tickets.

Would imagine club will open up criteria soon to try and shift these.
 
They get posted tomorrow so it must have always been the plan to try and shift them today.

Club Wembley or whoever not fancying it away form London.
