After emailing the club, they called me today and refunded postage.

Also advised the are looking into it as it appears See Tickets have done this with all tickets they have sent.

I also pass on my thanks to OP, e-mail sent to ticket office. Must admit i wasnt happy when my tickets arrived 1st class.

Yeah mine were delivered today. Posted through the letterbox without any signature required

Appears I was charged £5.45 for nothing

Ordered mine Tuesday & arrived yesterday the enevelope was franked with first class postage.
Emailed the club yesterday i also expect a refund for a non service!
