I think they're probably waiting to see how many they sell in the first criteria. Expect them to go on open sale Tues/Weds next week.

cannot see it being as early as that mate, its still 3500 loyalty points as of next monday.

there are lots of season cards below that, then city card or whatever it is called, it will probably be on the day before the game knowing city.

judging by this forum, and people i have spoken to, hardly anyone is going.
They have to factor in delivery of the tickets, so if they're still available I can see them going on general sale next Sunday. Maybe allow for pickup of tickets at the stadium if they're bought after the Thursday. Can't see why they've not sold in person, that will have put a few off after the whole tickets nicked out of the back of the post van fiasco.

I think we'll sell out, just.

City's ticket office seem to have lost the ability to sensibly estimate demand. It should be obvious to them this game won't be in demand like the last wembley trips. It should have had about 3 days selling to different points bands, allowing them to buy 2, then gone to any season ticket holders for afew days, then city card.

I would guess they won't be allowed open sale

5,000 points - Tuesday
4,000 points - Wednesday
3,000 points - Thursday
2,000 points - Friday
1,000 - Saturday
All members - Sunday
Blue members - Tuesday (give all members 2 days as it would be busier)

This is how it should have been done...but yeah, once again, they over estimate demand and create a criteria where they are drip feeding the tickets with such a short space of time 'till the game.

What do you go off to estimate demand for such a match? Some people thought the semi would not sell out.

You have to provide for the highest demand possible or you end up with a Hamburg situation.

There are still 13 days left when current criteria runs out, and most will have gone by then after only 6 days' sale.

Not many season ticket holders have less than 3500 points.

My view:

-A trip to see City at Wembley
-Us v them
-Chance of another trophy

I can't see the problem people have. I'd understand if Wigan had won the league.

I'm sorry, but I would never understand it if Wigan won the league ;)

Current criteria run out on the 25th, so 4 days. You'd assume they'd at least update the criteria to cover all seasoncard holders and maybe high points citycard (or blue member, whatever) holders.

Why? All other GP will be 1 or 2 days max, still allowing 10 days for blue.

I was buyin tickets online (very easy) but couldn't find anything low enough on the 3rd tier. Before pressing the buy button anyway i tried the phoneline as a test, took about 2 mins to get through & they offered me £25 seats in 549 row 6. I looked it up on the website while they were still on the phone & the lowest in the same block was row 36. She couldn't explain why i couldn't see them online but said there were loads lower down. Bear it in mind if you're still after tickets. Cost me an extra £2.50 but well worth it to get to decent seats

Getting 6 Sat when we all meet criteria.
All want to sit together, anybody know if I book a block of six online bearing in mind it is 3 dads and sons so club will have 3 different addresses?
