The new website is by far the worst site I've ever had to try to use. Can't believe City have gone live with this. I cracked in the end & rang. £ 2.50 booking fee per ticket is a complete con, but for once worth every penny. The person I spoke to was great & couldn't have been more helpful. He said they'd had loads of calls from people complaining about the website.

Supporter Services say it's not possible to view the points level of those on your friends & family list. Each person has to now log on individually to check. Another handy feature that has been lost on the new ticket website.

Who do we play in this competition again? For some reason I keep thinking we'll be playing our 2nd team since we won both the League and the league cup.

Select 2 tickets and assuming you've put your F & F in use the drop down boxes where your name is and put the other (s) name in there.

I'm just waiting...5 mins and counting while it's processing this so I can actually give some money.

Good stuff, I had to log out & in again to get tickets as the processing wheel wasn't for doing anything. Then it took me past that part and straight to the payments screen.

City are proper two bit sometimes.
