As mentioned before, against my better judgment I bought a Sharp built in washer drier from AO after boycotting the brand for years.. we purchased in September last year and we’re still trying to get a missing door hinge .. Monday I’ll be demanding a new washer drier as they haven’t been able to replace the hinge so far some 8 months later

I did yes.. AO the seller has been very good in terms of dialogue but the part has never arrived from Sharp…Did you buy on credit card, just do a charge back and threaten them with the omnudbusman
