Pathetic. No other word for your post. Purely pathetic. He has not had a 'team' around him at all. He has had a group of individuals who are becoming and are now very close to being a 'team'. During his time here, he has been pivotal in everything we have done on the pitch in terms of progress. He has single handedly won us games, big games. It's not just his ratio literally, it's his ratio at a period where we are transitioning from a club who has won fuck all for over 30 years to a club who are currently joint top of the PL. And his ability to play in a range of systems/formations. Add to that, he is the club captain, he represents everything Robinho wasn't, a high profile signing with high profile productivity, respected by every football fan and journalist throughout world football, not just admired by us as blues.

But it's ok, spin it all you want if it helps you feel a little safer. Or if it makes you more of a 'loyal blue'
Luckily, I don't have to rely on your judgement to see whether I'm proved correct. If Tevez does go, and a replacement is brought in, and we still continue to score goals at the same rate or better we'll know I'm right. I know you'll be rooting for me to fail. :)

But what would a match going blue think?

It sounds really easy when you say it like that.

How many strikers with a 2/3 goal ratio plus all the qualities Gio outlined are available in January then?

Tevez had the same goal ratio when he was at United?

Pardon, did Tevez have that ratio before he came?

I wouldn't say all the qualities sadly. I love Tevez's tenacity and work rate. We might not get someone with all his attributes. What we might get is someone who scores as many goals, or someone who assists in scoring goals at the same overall rate, or better, by allowing others to score more.

TEVEZ

We let this kunt have time to go and see his kids what dose he do???????.

Fuck off to Tenerife with his tart

WHAT A FUKIN WANKER

You know what's odd, Gio?

I've spoken to 4 or 5 Blues this morning, season ticket holders, people who travel away, people who played the game and who know their football.

And every single one has said exactly the same. This is nothing but awful news for the club, just when things looked to be coming together at last.

Yet you come on here and they're all doing the Bellamy on him. I should have known.

The old "I go to games and so do my mates and we know best" routine.

It's weird, I missed it while you were away.

(to think I actually backed you up in your absense, but the majority were right about you I think.)

Who is doing a Bellamy? What do you define a "Bellamy" as being?

No one is saying he is shit. They are saying that he IS A shit.

But you two power wank each other away, it is nice you have company.

The point here Shaun, is not whether he is shit, or whether he is a shit, the majority who seek blame can look after those arguments. The point being made, is if you look at it with honesty and truth, it is a disaster for us at present, where we are, and where we aspire to continually be this season. It is terrible news. Whoever is to blame or whatever the reason. I understand people rallying behind the club, trying to protect it from outside criticism, trying to support the manager, but as fans, we owe it to ourselves to be honest with each other.

His previous scoring rate is irrelevant.

Glad you agree with me on the salient point though.

Unfortunately, I'm a bit too wise for that. Wish I wasn't, much easier to drink the spin potion being sold on here. Perhaps, I could create a Tevez dvd for you as a xmas present which might highlight the particular goals scored within this ratio, which have on many ocassions, relied NOT on fluent, constant team creating clear cut chances, but Tevez having to fashion out moments of individual quality in order to create situations for the team and himself. But just for one minute, I'll live in your fantasy football computer game world and maintain it's that simple, just sell a goal scorer, bring another goal scorer in (whoever that is) and not have to significantly adapt the way we play, players, systems (which takes time again). I have to admit, the view does look nice. If a little naive.

Whats the point in sucking Tevez cock at this point? The shithouse does not want to play for City anymore despite the club bending over backwards to accomodate him, we will survive without him, we were here long before Tevez and we will be here long after he is gone, fuck him.

CTID.

Look at the Bolton game. Look at the goals Tevez should have scored but didn't. Look at the passes, the assists, he should have made but didn't. Every player has "qualities". He lacks the most important quality - the desire to play for the club.

Anyway it doesn't matter how good or otherwise Tevez is. He doesn't want to play for us. He is now history and I don't understand why we have to go on about him.

No, it isn't. My point is amazingly simple. Tevez had previously been a 1/3 player. He came to City and has since been the main striker in a good and improving side. As a result, he's been a 2/3 player.
