remember, it's who likes it, that makes it cool, not whether it's any good or not.
in my ideal world, the coolest band in the world would be The Books. extremely creative, accomplished, surprising, funny, knowing, like nothing else on earth
but it's not an ideal world.

Stournaway are my favourite band at the moment.I usually like jazz funk and a bit of indie but these are a cross between James and The Beach boys in an indie folk kinda way!

It's cool to listen to the majority. Problem is, you're called a poser even if you actually like the music..
Rock isn't cool anymore, which is unfortunate, never heard anything rock on Radio 1 except Foo Fighters, Muse and U2. Kings Of Leon's new singles are no longer rock to me, more pop. Same could be said for U2 and Muse and.. you get the picture.

Jazz Funk...... I've read many books where Jazz Funk is mentioned.
Now, being naive, what would be some classic Jazz Funk tunes??
I've probably heard them and didn't realise they fell in to this genre!!
