No record has been kept according to the press.Presumably they have a record of how many didn't take the "offered" vaccine? Even just a percentage uptake figure would be informative.

My wife has been offered two lateral flow tests a week at her school, which is certainly welcome.
However, she tested positive last month and the advice to teachers from Public Health England is that you must wait 90 days before you avail of these tests, as you could still deliver a positive result, thus another self isolation period for them and family.
The Department of Education though are telling her and colleagues just to take the tests, regardless.
What's their fucking game?
Teachers obviously trusting Public Health England a lot more!

As long as those vaccine numbers keep going up at the same high rate, and they're numbers of people actually vaccinated, not offered, i'm not really bothered tbh how they word these things. It'll make a difference even if it's 'only' 80% of vulnerable people or something (random guess).

I don't think there's a black and white divide here.
"Boris Johnson is a complete ****" is obviously for the political thread.
But "The policies we have in place will not work for the following reasons" is political but also relevant here, surely?
