Plus even if it does, a modification to make the vaccine 95% effective again, would take weeks, not months

My heads gone west tonight. Worries about work as im self emp, worries about my little uns who have broke there heart tonight when told they dont see there pals again (only 8&5 my youngest 2, so they know its because of c19 but they dont really understand). Worries about my terminally ill mum.
I literally cannot foresee a time of relative normality in life.

Gotta keep strong mate, we’re a handful of months away before it’s better.

Im ok. No choice have we. Keep strong for the bin lids. My oldest is locked up at uni in fallowfield. Its just shite isnt it.

i just cant envisage a time of sat having a pint watching the blues, or a little weekend away

I really wouldn’t worry about that, the vaccines were always going to go through some modifications in the long run to cope with different strains and it will still have some impact. The important thing is the base vaccine is there.

it’ll happen. There’s never been a pandemic in history that’s caused this level of disruption for more than a handful of years and that’s without modern medicine and it’s always come in waves.

We now have a vaccine, that can be modified to stop mutations.

Come the summer you’ll be watching the Euros with a pint.

I know it will. Eventually. I just cant envisage it. And i struggle with the unknown. If someone said itll be 2 years i can get my head round that. But the unknown kills me
