I read an interesting report on their approach and noted that they apparently had no structure in place to combat outside PPE and social norms and basic hygiene the regular contact between the generally younger involved in nursing home , day care and home care services and their elderly residents.
over 75 per cent the deaths recorded to date have come from these settings.
Their death rates to covid or at least attributed to covid don't compare that well to their near neighbours but excess deaths do.
