I take it England will get it end of April?
On Radio 5 live, they said there were batches of 5,000 doses going to Welsh hospitals so the current numbers are low. They didn’t mention when England would be offering the Moderna jab but sometime in April would seem likely.

Can safely say everyone I know has given up on the lockdown/ social distancing , my mum isolated for a year but now she is having us over, her friends and other family. All my mates having gatherings , I don’t know anyone who’s sticking to outside only rule at the moment.
Pretty much nobody I know has changed anything from January. Most of the lads said they’re not meeting up at all until the final day of the Prem season, most of us couldn’t think of anything worse than next week’s pub beer gardens full of dick heads getting giddy... my family is a bit different because my Mother has just come out of hospital after a hip op so Mam+Dad are just staying in and not having anyone round apart from me as I’m in a bubble with them.

Following on from news about the Moderna jabs, there is more good news with improved projections on how the U.K. economy should recover.

Tell you what, if we do get back to pre-pandemic size “some time in 2022” that’ll be bloody great. I presumed it would take years to reach that!

If we all buy British and holiday British as much as we can post-lockdowns, we will help push this along.

There’s been an initiative by an Ancoats group called Shop Local. While the that slogan is grammatically incorrect, the idea behind it is a good one. If we help our local businesses, we will help push the local and therefore national economy along more quickly.

I agree mate. The more we help each other and local businesses, the faster we will bounce back.

Good to hear about the Ancoats group initiative.
