Listening to the supermarket wars I get the feeling we'd worry if we didn't have anything to worry about. Our beloved leader recently espoused we're not going backwards from tomorrow, so it's best feet forward and let's crack on.

On a personal level and in light of the prevalence of Delta being rife in the North West we shall just apply common sense to any and all situations we find ourself in. No more regulations and restrictions save for our own man managment. Protect yourself and protect others as and when the need arises.

No symptoms today other than no sense of smell and taste,
To anyone who has had covid, how long did the no smell or taste last for?

I also had no other symptoms besides no taste and smell but was totally back to normal after 3 or 4 days!

For me the smell/taste thing didn’t start until about 4-5 days in, lasted a few days and now is starting to ease. For my wife it started almost straight away but she still has it. We were sniffing household products last night to experiment. We are both double vaccinated.

I had it in Feb, still can't smell or taste anything except I can now tell if something is sweet or salty, absolutely nothing in-between though apart from a week where everything smelt like burning. Hope yours comes back quicker as it has totally spoilt most foods for me!
