It was 3719 last Saturday at this stage

Wales, of course, added nothing and England later added 50, 955 to equal 54, 674

You can I think see that the under 60s rose by just over 3 times 1305 to 4493)

But the over 60s (especially in more recent weeks) seem to be accelerating up just under 5 times and nearly doubled in those last 2 weeks when under 60s only rose by a third.

Any of the stat experts here like to comment if that means anything or just a quirk of the data

Not really, survival of the fittest most also include intelligence, basic common sense or even just an appreciation of the odds. If people are shooting at you, you take cover, you take basic precautionary steps not to get shot. You don’t wander around declaring that bullets are a hoax and the odds of getting shot are too small to worry about.

My sympathies are for people in countries where vaccine rollout is poor, or non-existent. I have compassion for people who want to get vaccines to protect themselves and their families but can’t get them. I have little sympathy for people in first world countries who have access to free vaccines and refuse to take them.

I get hesitancy, I can’t say I was thrilled to bits to have a vaccine, but it was better than the alternative and hopefully a way out of this shit show. In short, I’m done with stupid.

This is the point I was making.

I’ve got a phobia of hospitals and medical stuff in general, and particularly needles.

I had a panic attack in the waiting area after my first jab. But it’s got to be done. I see it as a civic duty.

Sorry for having zero time for thick cunts living in the first world who refuse vaccines. There’s people in this world dying in agony without access to even basic medical care let alone literally a menu of vaccines like we do in the western world.
