Govt might have earmarked monies but can only see getting worse,

My daughter was seen within 45 mins at Stepping Hill last week. Neither of our cases are quantitative but they maybe reflect the disparity between who is seen quickly these days. It’s a fucking lottery and it needn’t be so.
