what worked for me was chewing ginger, drinking plenty of ginger tea. and TBH i was taking Ivermectin cos the fever was too bad.
Its therapeutic effects on respiratory illnesses are well attested, though with much of that information coming from traditional Chinese medicine, I'm not sure how many will be convinced...wish u and everyone on here who's suffering a speedy recovery.

I get the point to an extent but then it’s very easy to play the “what if” game when you don’t have people’s lives at stake if you get it wrong, something the government has done a few times already by delaying measures. Thankfully this time, it might work.
It’s also more than a little frustrating that you’ve got the spectator casting doubt when they’ve been one of the biggest contributors of the media skewing the narrative since day one.
