We're all guilty of tarring all students with the same brush, so it's nice to hear from someone who actually works with them, that they're far from all the same, and most are just as worried as the rest of us.

Remember you mentioned those horrific coughing fits and I’m similar at the moment. Bit of bloody fork but nothing else but I end up wrenching.
Suppose this is my body trying to exorcise the bloody demons.

@Mon Autre - you had similar symptoms to me I recall - how long did the worse but last mate?
My tinnitus has flared up too (always during illnesses) compounding my mood :(

I can’t believe some of the comments made about students on here. If you talked about any other group in those terms you’d be accused of racism/sexism/homophobia etc. They just seem to be fair game.

When you read a particularly bilious post about students just mentally picture Finchy from the Office mouthing off.

Same here....I had that coughing flu last year but this is far worse.
Actually felt a bit perkier earlier but once wrapped up on the sofa I literally flight sleep constantly (got to remember to drink/eat).

I’m sure those doctors and nurses health workers,scientists all those ex tax dodging students would have a different opinion. Dick.
