Have been a season card holder for 38 years. I am suffering really badly with Covid at the moment. Waiting for a doctor to call me back through 111. i have a terrible feeling that that game will be the last that I see.

This wouldn’t surprise me at all.

the vaccine efficacy % would be accurate if it was figures from a challenge trial, but unfortunately, it’s not.

I’m of the opinion that the vast majority of the people who had the vaccine in the trial never actually came into contact with the virus at all.

The majority of people in both arms of the trial did not come into contact with Covid so as to catch it, you can tell that by looking at the figures.
But well over 100 did in the placebo arm because they caught Covid.
It was a randomised blinded trial so the chances are very very high indeed that over 100 in the vaccine group did. That's how trials work.

Is that seriously your take from this? Assuming that your post was aimed at me, at least in part, for linking the Pfizer stuff. Straight up, you couldn't be further from the truth. This thing has affected everyone mentally, some more than others. The ironic thing is I've posted positive stuff on this very thread tonight but if anything that might be of concern goes up this is the reaction? It doesn't make any sense. Is the rule only to post happy clappy stuff and ignore everything else?

Maybe read the last line of your original post back? The one that ends in “worst for humanity” - yes people are struggling including many in here and I don’t think your last line was responsible or helpful or accurate. Ok?

i am going to do old man of coniston and snowdon this summer. Been doing 5k at least every day to build my stamina. Only issue I have is that when I do a hill walk my toe nail goes black? Am I doing something wrong?
