Seriously mate just stay in bed. I have enough experience of hospitals and being ill to have an informed opinion on this. Your body needs rest to help it recover. Sometimes there is a battle between the brain and the body. Mentally you want to fight it, get up, get dressed and so on. It does not work though. You just have to relax the mind, stay in bed, plenty of fluid and rest.
Take care mate and good luck, we all have our fingers crossed for you. You are going to have to ride this one out, but you need to help yourself.
That’s all I’m doing mate, other than having to walk 6ft to the loo but I put this off as long as I can as I can’t stop coughing when in get in there. I’m annoying thr nurses asking for top ups on the water.
City game is repeated this afternoon so I’ll rewatch that but it’s constant bed for me for the last 3 days

Vallance claimed that the UK infection rate was not falling as fast as the testing data but the evidence he cited sounded like an old ONS survey
Published ONS surveys are 10-14 days behind any

No, he doesnt need to self isolate unless you develop symptoms. But someone will have to get him as you are supposed to stay home.

Self-isolate immediately

If you're told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace or the NHS COVID-19 app:

  • self-isolate immediately
  • do not leave your home for any reason – if you need food or medicine, order it online or by phone, or ask friends and family to drop it off at your home
  • do not have visitors in your home, including friends and family – except for essential care
  • try to avoid contact with anyone you live with as much as possible
  • any people you live with and any people in your support bubble do not need to self-isolate if you do not have symptoms
Cheers. I spoken to my ex and we've decided he's going to stay with me until Wednesday even if I'm not showing any symptoms just to be careful

Glad to see you still managed to get your “lose” vote in for the Sheff game, I was getting worried.

That's very interesting on the face of the headline it indicates that having the vaccine stops you being a carrier or stops a percentage anyway.
It does. It also shows how shit the NHS is at infection control. But we've known that for decades. MRSA etc

Indeed ONE fifth of all hospitalised COVID cases were caught it in hospital.

Doing away with Matrons and SENs was a disaster. As was using plastic door and other fittings instead of Copper and Brass that are anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal
