I’ve known her for a few years (my ex knows her very well too) a s she’s lovely (and mentioned, has a phd n microbiology).
Used to think that with her yoga et al, she might be a bit hippyish but she’s the antithesis of all that (she’s of Indian hermitage).
I recall she organised a quite graphic male stripper for someone’s party once and it changed my opinion of her.
I know the family quite well and they’re all lovely.
I digress.
Here’s her message:
Vit D at least 4000IU so 1000IU for every 25lb body weight. If you're taking Vit D must take mag at least 500mg/day. Must take Vit K2 MK7 500ug/day too so calcium from the Vit D doesn't end up in your ateries.
Omega 3 not 6! I take Vivo life plant based one. Best to go to source i.e. algae rather than the animal that eats it.
B12 I l take sublingual. Brand- Nature provides 2400ug/day. If taking B12 take methyl folate too otherwise imbalance!!!
Echinacea- you're better off with Matcha Tea. I have Kineta. Matcha will sort you out for vit C and all your anti oxidants.

For me it’s Vit B12 (due to running and eventually gym sessions), Vit D & the mag but I’ve taken cod liver since a kid (heart/bones....not sure what the latest research says it benefits?) but will look into the other method she mentioned.
The Echinacea comes from lots of people over the years mentioning it but I don’t know a great deal about it.
