Anyone who’s had long covid (and the jab didn’t eradicate it) have some kind of plan of action?
Is there anything that can actually be done?
Wondering whether to book in an appt with my GP (if I’m lucky) or contact the NHS as I did during my covid bout?

Breathless doing anything more than walking & fighting tiredness (not to mention I’ve packed on the timber since I can’t exercise...which can soon escalate into other detrimental effects).

Well had my 1st one yesterday afternoon, astra zeneca and absolutely zero side effects.
In fact I managed an 8 mile run this morning, whilst I'm a pretty fit 45 year old and I'm running most days I was expecting some reaction but all is good. Their is nothing to worry about on these jabs.

I've been critical of some of the government handling on the pandemic and too be honest I've been a dick a lot of the time but they have been excellent in the vaccine roll out and the organisation yesterday at Whalley range was excellent.
Anyway have a good day blues, let's hope we win.
