So three nation deaths today are 94.

Last week it was 98 at this stage - so an actual fall.

That 98 became 114 on all settings when out of hospital deaths in England were added.
 
And the three nation cases 10, 501 - new record in this wave certainly.

Last week it was 7738

England later added 29, 576 to total 37, 314

Yesterday England added 29, 417
 
100 all settings deaths

38, 046 cases

England 27, 545 - DOWN 1872 on yesterday and down 2031 on last Friday

Positivity down too:

943, 907 pillar 1 & 2 tests today

Was 912, 031 yesterday

And last Friday 815, 155

NORTH WEST & GM HIGHLIGHTS

North West down 393 on yesterday to 3505

North West UP 203 on last Friday which was 3302.


Out of these numbers: -

Greater Manchester 1317 - down 201 from yesterday out of that 393 NW fall - which is a little better than expectation as over 50%


And GM UP 81 on last Friday's 1236- which is also a favourable split of the 203 rise in the NW as well under 50%.

MANCHESTER 242 - down 50 on day & down 35 week to week

TAMESIDE 147 - down 6 on day & up 23 week to week

WIGAN 144 - down 1 on day & 3 week to week

SALFORD 142 - down 14 on day & up 10 week to week

STOCKPORT 140 - down 30 on day & 27 week to week

BOLTON 116 - down 4 on day & UP 49 week to week

TRAFFORD 104 - down 44 on day & 6 week to week

OLDHAM 99 - down 39 on day & 3 week to week

ROCHDALE 92 - down 8 on day & up 35 week to week

BURY 91 - down 5 on the day & up 40 week to week



Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Tameside had chunky wk to wk rises but offset by some good wk to wk falls from Manchester & Stockport.

Manchester up 43 to 14, 798 - leading GM on highest Pop Score by 2 from Oldham up 41 t 14, 796

Trafford had a good day today up 44 to 11, 565 , whereas Stockport was up 48 to 11, 462

These are the two lowest overall Pop scores in GM with Stockport's lead cut to 103.

Tameside up 64 to 12, 675 was the biggest Pop today.

Bolton had the lowest rise - though this was 40 - up to 14, 080


So really today was a fairly even day across the region,

Still no sign of a big increase.

Sometimes people won’t be told, and only learn through experience. The more of these stories that come out the better it is for the masses as more people will learn though the experience of seeing people die because of their silly actions.

WIGAN UP to 18, 605 FROM 17, 565 - back as the highest in GM.

The Blackpool area edges UP too and now on 10, 698.

Bury 543, Rochdale 637, Bolton 700, Oldham 725, Trafford 769, Salford 903. Wigan 915, Tameside 952, Stockport 1022, Manchester 1722


In the ten days since I did such a table Stockport's numbers have put it as second to Manchester - which itself is well down - and the only other one in four figures.

Tameside has risen too but Salford improved.

Bolton has edged up a bit in past days and Bury now well clear as lowest cases. Rochdale had a good week too.
