You've also misunderstood the affect of Covid-19 on young people. The low risk for these age groups is not because they are 'low candidates to catch the virus'. They readily catch the virus because they have more social contacts than older people, but the point is that they don't tend to get a bad infection because their immune system can fight the infection off. That's not really relevant to why schools are struggling to re-open. That's an issue with space and the 2m 'rule' which clearly doesn't apply to the outdoors.
