i had forgotten about brexit! I take it that will be put on holdIt's not been an island for a long time. Even Brexit hasn't made it back into one.

I don’t think Sky and BT would share that view. Well they might, provided the PL handed back hundreds of millions of pounds.I think this also. Next season might go completely actually and they use the gap to finish this. I think that is the fairest outcome.
It will probably speed it up judging by the rate European countries are closing their borders.i had forgotten about brexit! I take it that will be put on hold
Only one sensible solution.. Season is null and void, no winners or losers..
Football is an important part of many of our lives but it's not the most important thing in the grand scheme of things..
I, like many on here will have a void to fill but the most important thing now is looking after family, friends and looking out for the elderly where possible..
If you think about it logically that's all that matters.
it's all a bit shitty the media, Premier League and certain supporters wanting to finish the season when it's already done ..!
Rooney said earlier, players are going to be asked to play games when they would rather not..
The ONLY team wanting to play the remaining games is the team that stand to win a trophy that's eluded them for 30 years..
Surely this cannot be right and should not be allowed to happen..
It will be farcical if the season concludes in 4-6 months time..
The Premier League and Football League should show some leadership and declare the season null and void..
Anything else is not acceptable in the current climate..!
They’ll probably scrap the carabao cup to make way for the extra games. But obviously it all depends on when next season starts
Shankly was a great man from a great generation. When Shankly said " Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that." I think they took him literally.
Instead of maybe, I would say probably. All of the “expert” talk in terms of time frame talks about delay phase so we can spread the strain on the NHS into the summer. Also talk of next winter being another wave. If that is correct then all of this about this season is just an irrelevant footnote.Maybe, just maybe, this could end up being the scenario that bursts the bubble. Plenty of people over the past few years have questioned how long the financial madness of (top) professional football could continue the way it has been going. Nature and life generally have a way of restoring the natural order of things. Just a thought, fellow Blues.
I miss doing the team news and games threads and all that,i don't know how i will fil! the void,i am guessing it won't be back till august at the earliest, correct of course that is not in doubt,it will just be horrible without itI miss Karen's team news and her telling me off.

The airlines will go out of business, insurance companies too. We are probably looking at a Great Depression unless we can come up with a modern day solution that avoids it. I will still post about LiVARpool though as we have to get our pleasure where we can.
Stand back
Dipper fan alison rudd insists the league should finish
Phew panic over
And they deserve it.I’m thinking this too. The FA and Media loving dipper wankathon won’t conclude until they are crowned ‘Champions’.
Yes. It would help if PL, La Liga, Serie A & Bundesliga could harmonise their restarts. If some countries have started their 20/21 seasons and others are still playing their 19/20 seasons then 20/21 Cl can’t start as not all qualifiers would be known. Hence I expect UEFA will pressurise countries to draw a line under 19/20 season before SeptemberOther factor is can you see UEFA helping domestic leagues at their own expense. They will shaft the leagues to make sure they get their own competitions (Champs League/Euro 2020) completed first. Cant believe anyone would think different with their track record....
