Coronavirus: Football Discussion Thread

What contingency would be in place if one of a team's squad tested positive after the first game. Would he have infected the rest of the squad. And would the PL require the kids to turn up just to complete the fixture list.
Not just infected their own team but the other side as well,every expert says you can be tested negative in the morning and positive in the evening and that is not playing a contact sport,it will two games give the dippers the title then cancelled

Yep, gotta get those two games in come hell or, er, there'll be some fuckin' coaches smashed!
 
I agree with Karen7, this is feels like being stabbed in the back. I hope our club has voted against these stupid measures. The only reason the Premier League want this is to get Livarpool over the line to win the Premier League title and that is all it is about.
 
When do people think it’s safe to start again. If it’s unsafe now by extension it won’t be safe until there is a vaccine which isn’t guaranteed that they find one.
So in theory it could be 2 or 3 years before it’s safe to play again or even longer.
Football would be in a complete state if that happened
