Cost of going city ££££££££

For home league games only for 16 year old:

Season ticket: £180 ((£9.50 per game))

Train from pointing to Piccadilly: £6

Half time coke: £3


Total:£18.50
 
SC £36 for each game.
£3.10 train fare to and from town
£10 in William hills for footy coupons
£30ish dinner and pre/post match beers in town. (if it's a big game maybe more)

£80 per game.

5 or 6 away games a season including 1 London game roughly the same plus £75 for train to London

1 Euro away a season roughly £500 for flights, hotel and beers.

Looking at about £2,500 a year!!! Jesus! No wonder I'm always skint.
Worth it though. Had some of my best times watching the blues.

Gonna go and ask the boss for a £2.5k pay rise.
 
Never really thought about it but here goes....

Season cards for me and my lad - £44 per game.
Programme - £3
Trams/Petrol - £7
Food and Drinks - £25.

So, for just a league game it around £80.

Aways are a different thing, lad doesn't go so around £85 for on average 10 games in the league.

Then there are cup games, domestic and Europe, go to all except aways in Europe (although this year we are doing some). Would say around £95 per game for an average of 16 games.

£3800 dabs excluding Europe away, this season could well spend £6000...............Fuck me.!!!!!
 
Per game

£24.47 for admission (1/19 of my £465 season ticket)
£5ish for petrol

And that's it.

I haven't bought a programme for about 15 years and the last food or drink I bought at City was probably a Wagon Wheel in about 1973.

20 booze and food

Can only manage about ten home games a season now.

This. When we were shit I used to go to every home cup game knowing their wouldn't be that many! Now I find I have to pick and choose. Similar with away games as other clubs take the piss with ticket prices. Back to division 3 anyone?
