Working in the retail security sector, i deal with "smackheads" as you put it, everyday. Thing is there are some decent "smackheads" out there, and even if they aren't decent it doesn't mean you can go around breaking their legs.

The way I read it was that ssg2 was being sarcastic/having a laugh especially as at least two others (City fans) have already called the bloke a smackhead.
