He always seemed a luxury player to me when he was at Liverpool. They are noticeably better without him and they pocketed a massive fee. The management must have pissed themselves laughing when Barca came calling.

Barca clearly struggling to shift him - can’t see us going for him, nor anyone else at the prices quoted. He’s technically good but he drifts in and out of games too much to be considered a top player. Despite the benefit of potentially winding up the Dippers its a huge no from me.
