Supermarket recruitment drive

Aldi has announced a recruitment drive to hire 9,000 new workers, including 4,000 permanent jobs, to help keep shelves filled during the coronavirus outbreak.

The supermarket added that all nappies and paper products, including toilet and kitchen roll, will now be restricted to two items per customer. All other products will remain restricted to four items per customer, with a few exceptions.

So one day in and possibly two and it is a fact we are way over

Let's see, I do not actually doubt it is coming to that, but some do like to rush in with the bad news as if they ae doing us all a favour

Just my view.
It’s going up exponentially not linearly. Within a few days it will be 2000 a day. So yes, way over.

tbh I dont know why they didnt isolate the old and vulnerable and let the rest of us continue to provide the support and food and services that the vulnerable and old will need.

I have neighbours who now cannot buy milk, the delivery hasnt happened, the delivery firm have people off sick.

Really think we've gone nuclear on this and it is causing many more issues.

Dont go too hard on me guys, it's just my opinion at the moment having been shopping and seen the carnage
