I think people love to scaremonger, they must get a real kick out of it. Can I ask if all the expert virologists and government policy makers on here were also GDPR experts last year

Can we please get things into perspective this thread is becoming
real scaremongering we have had 2,400 deaths approximately out of 66 million people who live in the uk even if it hits 40,000 it’s still a relatively small number and very unlikely anyone on here will die with it or very few at least. All you can do is follow all the precautions and try your best to keep you and your loved ones as safe as possible

Because there will be fewer people with the virus to spread it as either they have had it and recovered or unfortunately passed away.

Sounds like you’re not understanding the concept of exponential growth.

The number of deaths is doubling every 3 days. No one expects the lockdown to have much of an effect for another fortnight. By then it could be 50,000 deaths.

Come back then and put it in perspective.
