So do Spain, I wasn’t comparing, the prediction was made we’d have vastly more deaths than Spain because we haven’t had the strict lockdown they have. I’m just pointing out having less restrictions hasn’t so far pushed up our critical care cases above Spain so there is no reason to think we would have vastly more deaths.Why are comparing with spain at all? We govern by consent here and we had to be asked very politely at the start and not told,we will never have a harder lockdown
As I say though that’s at the moment, when evidence says the current restrictions aren’t keeping critical care cases down thats’s when we will increase measures, or vice versa. It will be evidence led and it will be critical care / hospitalisation evidence.
