I meant what you have said! But have written it badly! Kind of asking the same thing - nobody (with very few exceptions) can know who they have been infected by and that, by definition, nobody could know if a child has/hasn't infected them.I know you didn't mean it, but that's a distraction from the question - how do Switzerland (or anyone) know that no child has ever infected an adult?
