Awaits litigation and a call from the Merseyside Boroughs asking for a Public Enquiry as to why the Government didn't protect them.

Also, long Covid expected to affect approximately 1 in 20, think those figures may be higher in Dipperville if there's any benefits to be had.
So shops in every big town and City are closed with the exception of Liverpool? Wonder where everyone is going to head! Madness.

To be honest I'm not 100% sure what is different to tier 3, aside from knocking some sport on the head?

I'm thinking of forming a bubble too now, for the last stretch, haven't done it all year
Mainly non essential shops and gyms close I think

Late and partial action, dragged by events rather than leading them.

Still, it's better than what was, and together with the schools announcements, just might be enough to stabilise infections at their current rate. Probably insufficient to reduce them. We'll see.

January and February are going to be really rough. Stay home.
