I can vouch for Carcassonne, but Pandemic hasn't come out of the box yet - recommend it would you? I've got a 10 & 14yr old wanting to play it
Did you mean the deaths figures?I long gave up on the infection figures ,they are not anywhere near accurate, not surprising but true
I do believe the death figures are higher, there is as i said a lot of grey area with care homes etc, just my opinion ,nothing based in fact although nicola stergeon thinks the numbers are underestimatedDid you mean the deaths figures?
Maybe a dumb question, But does more people catching the virus mean more of the virus disappears ?
Don't think she meant the death figures.I do believe the death figures are higher, there is as i said a lot of grey area with care homes etc, just my opinion ,nothing based in fact although nicola stergeon thinks the numbers are underestimated
Can you give me some facts then? are there post mortum increases or decreases on the elderley who have eexpected deaths from their known and expected cause of death? This is simply not true.
Infection rates underestimated means you can't have accurate death rates from the infection either imoDon't think she meant the death figures.
I was saying before that if a patient who is expected to die of a chest complaint, say COPD and they they start with a sore throat the day before then they are not going to test for the virus, the death will go down as COPD,i am not suggesting anyone telling lies but they won't be testing them post mortum
That’s less useful for @mexico1970. ;-)Or strip poker.

I enjoy it, especially as it is one of the few well-balanced, fully collaborative board games available right now. And it is certainly topical. :-)I can vouch for Carcassonne, but Pandemic hasn't come out of the box yet - recommend it would you? I've got a 10 & 14yr old wanting to play it
Exactly my point!Being trapped in the house with a permanently naked wife could push me over the edge bud :) I love her to death but my John Holmes wacca wacca music days are long behind me.
Of course you can, deaths are one figure that are known as they are tested, untested infection rates could be anything, the latest estimate was done by multiplying the known deaths by 1000, but that was said to be a very rough estimate. So that would give around 250,000, thats what she meant was an underestimation.Infection rates underestimated means you can't have accurate death rates from the infection either imo
Anyway don't want to dwell on the morbid side of things
