For someone who, by his own admission, has a recent history of being in the wrong on the major issues of the day you are very sure of your own judgement.

A wiser man would, perhaps, be a little more circumspect

Anyway, we now have a London Mayor in open warfare with the Metropolitan police and it’s officers and representatives.

How do you think this will end?

That really is tough on the Federation - the Mayor is an elected official so whether they like him or not he remains Mayor. Its a bit worrying that the Police "union" seeks to be political like this. Maybe they should concentrate on doing their jobs catching wrong 'uns and locking them up as they seem to be failing with the very basics
