Indian bowler Deepak Chahar returned best ever T20 figures of 6-7 (including a hat trick) against Bangladesh. All very well, but can he do it on a wet wednesday night in Stoke?

A 16 year old will make his test debut for Pakistan against Australia.

He looked very impressive against the A side.

Less than 3 an over, proper cricket. Set up a commanding total tonight and let the bowlers loose.

listened to test match special until lunch and it was slow and hard work, first morning always something in the wicket for the bowlers and maybe the wicket is flat but you still need to find a good base to build a score, but sometimes you can be to slow and just look daft and going nowhere, england at the end are 241/4 is ok and in the game and now you have to finish the innings and score over 400 and give the bowlers a chance
