Am I allowed to say that England women vs India women was actually more enthralling than anything going on in the men's game at present?

It was a great game. The one thing that annoyed me though was the incessant screaming of “Ooh, great bowling Soph” by the fielders round the bat, regardless of whether she’d bowled a Jefferson or a leg stump full toss pie. Even Ecclestone was laughing about it. Pointless.

Given the screaming the footballers have been doing, made all the more evident with no crowds, I didn’t mind it all..

I really enjoy watching top level Women’s cricket. Beaumont, Knight, Taylor, Sciver and Shrubsole are a pleasure to watch

I just find the whole feigning injury thing somewhat distasteful, which is not what the women are doing. You should listen to the Australian men in the last session of a test match as well, as it’s not just the women.
