Also, it could be that we are giving Anderson and Robinson more time to get fitter, I would have bowled first with the swing attack we have

You don't bowl first on this wicket through choice.

You're concerned about England's batting which is why you're saying that. But it's the right move.

Apart from the fact it's obviously a batting friendly wicket, I think they've done it becasue it's one thing trying to bazball this Australia attack on a blank slate, it's another thing entirely to do it after Australia have made 500 on a good batting wicket.

Today is also the last hot sunny day and toiling for 90 overs with anderson, broad and stokes fitness in question might not be what they wanted. A lot cooler and overcast from tomorrow.
