Yep. Headingley 2019 was different - over 70 required when Stokes started going for it. We’re way too far behind this time but I think with no specialist batsmen left to partner him, it’s our only chance of winning seeing him play like thisIf that run out had happened to Duckett I think we’d have a chance, with Bairstow coming in fired up like Stokes.
But I just don’t think Broady can stick around all day no matter how pumped up he is, and Stokes is batting more like a “going down swinging” than he’s going to get a 200 to win the match.
