Fucking 9 off 82. Disgraceful stuff.
Fantastic catch.
Think he confused today for day 5, trying to bat out the day to save the ashes.

Yeah I've no issue with it other than the spectacle.Me too but I do think there's nothing wrong with digging in when it comes to test cricket. However, I don't think this is the time or place for it. Australia have retained the Ashes and are only facing a modest first innings England total rather than looking to bat out the final day and a half to save the match - like Atherton's 185 not out in South Africa that time - so scoring at this rate makes little sense to me.
One 45 miles away, heading east on the M62!Bob on. They are just doing it to make a point! Great. Let’s kill the game. Let’s bore people away from watching. Playing for a draw from ball one after you’ve retained the ashes. Is there more of a dislikable sports team outside old toilet and Canfield?

Hopefully a few lessons learned before going over there in 18 months time to reclaim them.Winning The Ashes is bigger than anything else in test cricket for both England and the Aussies
They did the hard yards in the first 2 tests and controlled the series, Look England even under Bazball would do the same in this last test if we were 2.1 up, It's sport and competition and you should never take liberties like England did early doors, Only ourselves to blame sadly
Yeh can’t wait for sibley and hameed to get stuck in at 0.25 runs an over and average 10.Hopefully a few lessons learned before going over there in 18 months time to reclaim them.
I agree and this is the difference in mentalities.Yeh can’t wait for sibley and hameed to get stuck in at 0.25 runs an over and average 10.
So Khawaja and Labuschagne batted for 239 balls, 40 full overs, and got 56 runs.
Not sure how that's helped Australia win this match at all.
They're not looking to win it, their aim is to not lose it and, therefore, win the series. Which they haven't done in England since 2001.So Khawaja and Labuschagne batted for 239 balls, 40 full overs, and got 56 runs.

I don't think that's true mate. You don't come in to bat the 2nd innings on Day 1 and expect to draw the test match. They want to win this test, and so have looked to be patient and punish the bad ball. But we didn't bowl many of them and then they got bogged down. This partnership is key. Smith will rotate the strike, Marsh will be aggressive. Get one or both out and the Aussies are in real trouble.
