If we can't beat Afghanistan the second worst team at the tournament then we're going to lose more games.
True. Just like City lost to Wolves. I guess our title charge is finished too then?

All the league is here to do is qualify for the QFs. Even if we lose today, which I doubt, we can still comfortably qualify.

Not sure that’s true. We could win 7, lose 2 and maybe even win the league.

It's looking like NZ and India are top 2, Then 2 more places up for grabs, But lose to teams like Afghanistan then you are in trouble and hoping for help from others near the end,

England should be OK today and 284 is very gettable with our batting lineup, But with mainly spin from Afghanistan you can get greedy and go for everything and try and hit them out of the ground, Control is key today and build a base and get some batting time in the middle.

We shall see. There are no real mugs in ODI cricket world cups anymore.

It would certainly be harder to qualify should we lose today, but not impossible.

NRR should only be thought about when the game is already won.

He didn’t. It was an umpire’s call, so the review isn’t lost.

The umpire should have given that not out though.
The Umpire in the Pakistan v India game would have not given it out. He was ultra cautious and was overruled by the video review on two occasions.
