BCCI in being greedy shocker!!

They pretty much do this every time England or Australia tour India.

They charge ridiculous prices for the rights then Knock the price down just before the tour start. UK and Australia TV companies have got savvy to this and they will wait until the last minute to bid.

This also pisses STAR off who hold the rights for showing test cricket in India as they normally pay double if not triple more than foreign broadcasters

Get it sorted ffs. I’m really looking forward to getting immersed in these tests to brighten up a dull English February. Short form cricket doesn’t do that for me. I want the real deal.

We all know that Money is king and why England have 5 test matches against India Aussies, if they were serious of protecting test cricket they could have every test match series the same whoever the countries are and also make it a two league test match cricket there is enough test match teams now!

I like that idea of two league test cricket. However, that means some teams will have more money generated and heaven forbid might develop teams that can compete with India over time.
