England have to survive 6 more overs for them to get fined or lose points because of slow over rate. So they'll probably get away with it.

A great fight was shown by Archer and Root at the end. I could hear one of Richie Benaud's best quotes, Be there at stumps. Them 60-odd runs on this wicket with a pink ball are worth double if you bowl well. The Aussies never change. How slow was the over rate, the last 30 minutes England did them with quick runs and It could be a game-changer.

Still some very dodgy batting in the england camp by giving your wicket away. Why do we keep chasing a wide ball

Turned out to be a decent day, not much more you can say about Root.
