Lancashire need to go and get an overseas replacement for Mitch Perry asap. This team has desperately needed someone capable of bowling out the tail for a few years now, so that needs prioritising. Why have Lancashire not brought in a spinner that's homegrown? Harrison moved to Northampton, bowl's leg spin, is a decent bat, and took a shit load of wickets against Lancashire at OT last season. Bashir is another that has just moved counties.

I haven't seen much of Bashir at county level tbh, I was just using him as an example of another spinner that was available. I'd have definitely been in for Harrison though and I doubt he's moved to Northants on big money, still only 27 and tbh you need a leg spinner at OT.There must be a wrist spinner around.
